Sales & Service Engineer — Rooftop Solar
Drive residential rooftop solar business under PM Surya Ghar across Odisha — lead generation, technical site assessment, system sizing, quotation, installation coordination, commissioning and post-installation service.
Technician — Electrical Wiring & Earthing
Carry out rooftop solar electrical work: DC and AC wiring, module and inverter termination, earthing and lightning protection, meter and DISCOM connection support, and fault rectification during service visits.
Sales & Service Coordinator
Own the back office for solar projects — customer follow-ups, quotation and order tracking, PM Surya Ghar portal documentation, DISCOM paperwork, service call scheduling and coordination between field teams and customers.
Sales Executive — Solar
Generate and convert residential rooftop solar leads, promote PM Surya Ghar solutions, build local business networks and achieve assigned sales targets across Odisha.

Key responsibilities
- Generate residential rooftop solar leads through field visits, references, campaigns, and local networking.
- Conduct customer presentations, site visits, and explain ROI & PM Surya Ghar subsidies.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Develop business relationships with electrical contractors, local builders, housing societies, and influencers.
- Travel extensively across assigned districts of Odisha to develop markets and monitor competitor trends.
- Maintain accurate lead pipeline records and submit weekly activity reports.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Odia fluency is mandatory (English & Hindi are preferred).
- MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems & solar technology.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Incentives
- Performance incentives of ₹500 to ₹1,250 per kW sold based on target completion percentage.
- ₹5,000 additional monthly bonus on achieving 100%+ of target.
- ₹1,000 for every newly activated referral/channel partner order.
- ₹5,000 bonus for developing new assigned districts.
- Quarterly performance bonuses for maintaining 100%+ target achievement for three consecutive months.
Project Engineer — Solar
End-to-end responsibility for executing rooftop solar projects safely, correctly, on time, within budget and to the customer's satisfaction.

EV Factory Set-up Manager
Lead the establishment of the Khurda assembly facility — layout planning, plant and machinery selection, utilities, statutory approvals, vendor development, manpower ramp-up and readiness for volume production.
EV Project Head
Own the EV programme end to end — project planning and budgets, supplier and technology partner selection, timelines, cross-functional coordination and delivery of the first vehicle lines to market.
EV Product Head — Homologation
Own product definition and regulatory approval for the vehicle range, including ICAT homologation, CMVR compliance, type approval documentation, testing coordination and certification sign-off.
EV Showroom Manager
Run the retail showroom — sales targets, floor team management, customer experience, test rides, finance tie-ups, delivery process and after-sales coordination.
Corporate & Support3 roles
Accountant / Commercial Executive
Handle day-to-day accounting, GST and TDS compliance, vendor and customer billing, subsidy and DBT reconciliation, purchase documentation and MIS reporting.
HR & Admin Manager
Own recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, HR policy, employee engagement and general office and facility administration across the Bhubaneswar office and factory.
Security Guard
Premises security, visitor and material gate control, shift-based duty and incident reporting at the office and factory. On-roll or through an agency.
