  • Education & Skill Development: Vocational training programs for EV diagnostics and solar integration alongside academic coaching.

All information regarding vehicle specifications, solar outputs, and training course availability is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Dealer Empanelment & Enquiries

When applying for dealer empanelment or submitting enquiries on the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete details about your firm, financials, and identity.
  • Ensure all uploaded legal enclosures (such as GSTIN registration, PAN cards, municipal trade licenses, and bank statements) are authentic.
  • Not submit fraudulent information. We reserve the right to reject any empanelment application or terminate agreements at our discretion.

4. Solar Estimates & Subsidies Disclaimer

Any calculations, savings forecasts, or subsidy estimates provided on this website (including our PM Surya Ghar Odisha subsidy tables) are indicative only. Actual savings and government subsidies are subject to:

  • Site conditions and DISCOM feasibility approvals.
  • Successful installation, commissioning, and net metering by authorized personnel.
  • Approval and release of subsidies by the respective state (Odisha) and central (MNRE) authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, code, and design layout, is the exclusive property of Satviga Solutions Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Third-party brand logos (such as UTL Solar, Yuma, or Battery Smart) are the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Satviga Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including reliance on any information or errors, omissions, or interruptions on the site.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha or New Delhi, India.
