Document Enclosures: Scanned copies of official documents uploaded during empanelment, including PAN cards, GST registration certificates, municipal trade licenses, and bank statements.
Technical & Analytical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, session cookies, and security tokens (such as Cloudflare Turnstile verification).

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your information for legitimate business purposes, including:

Evaluating and processing your Dealer Empanelment application.
Scheduling and executing site surveys for PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar installations.
Responding to your product queries, quotes, or support requests.
Verifying the security of submissions via anti-spam and anti-bot systems.
